In general, requests for event-planning should be
made at least 8 - 12 weeks in advance of the tentative
event date. For larger events such as conferences
and weddings you should allow 6 to 9 months in advance.
Depending upon your specific request,
you will meet with one of our professional consultants
to design your memorable event. Our staff will assist
you in complete event planning, from securing hotel
rooms, meeting space, food for breaks, audio-visual
equipment or to prepare a PowerPoint Opening or
video. During this meeting, you should be prepared
to discuss your specific event needs, including
your budget.
